FREE Delivery Includes

  • Delivery to a clear, obstruction-free location with 3 delivery personnel.
  • Free delivery within a 30-mile radius of our Rochester retail store.
  • Installation of the spa cover.
  • Installation of the cover lifter.
  • Assembly and installation of steps, handrails, and other purchased accessories.
  • Dry spa operation and water care instructions.
HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITY

FREE Delivery Does NOT Include

  • Electrical work and materials required to bring power to the hot tub location.
  • Filling the hot tub or swim spa with water.
  • Leveling the hot tub (the hot tub location must be level before delivery).
  • Removal of gates, fence panels, or physical obstacles along the delivery path
SPECIAL ACCESS & EQUIPMENT

Items That Incur Additional Fees

  • Delivery to difficult-to-access locations (e.g., fence removal, tall decks, over retaining walls, etc.).
  • Moving the tub up or down steps (strictly limited to 5 steps).
  • Use of a crane, material handler, forklift, or other mechanical equipment.

How to Prepare Your Property Before Delivery Day

Completing these steps before our 3-person crew arrives guarantees a smooth, trouble-free installation.

Level Foundation Ready

Your hot tub or swim spa pad must be completely level before our crew arrives (concrete pad, reinforced deck, pavers, or crushed stone).

Clear, Obstruction-Free Path

Ensure gates, walkways, and side yards are clear of debris, low branches, AC units, or narrow obstacles from the driveway to the pad.

Licensed Electrical Hookup

Electrical work and wiring materials are not included in delivery. Need a hand? We can connect you with a trusted local Rochester electrician.

Special Access & Swim Spas

Deliveries involving tall decks, retaining walls, indoor rooms, more than 5 steps, or crane/forklift equipment require advance coordination.

Common Delivery Questions

What if my backyard has a fence, retaining wall, or steps?

Standard free delivery covers clear, obstruction-free paths. Moving a spa up or down steps (limited to 5 steps), over retaining walls, or using a crane/forklift incurs an additional fee. Contact us ahead of time so we can help plan your route.

Do you install my cover, cover lifter, and steps?

Yes! Our 3-person delivery team installs your cover, cover lifter, steps, handrails, and any other accessories purchased from our store at no extra charge.

Why doesn't the crew fill the hot tub with water during delivery?

Filling a spa with a garden hose takes several hours depending on local water pressure. Instead, our crew performs a complete dry spa operation walkthrough and teaches you water care instructions so you are ready to fill once your electrician finishes hookup.
