At Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs of Rochester, we know how important it is to get your water care supplies, parts, and accessories quickly and reliably. We offer both nationwide shipping on eligible items and convenient local delivery across the Greater Rochester area.
Standard U.S. Shipping
We offer economy and standard shipping within the United States on a wide selection of parts, filters, and accessories.
- Processing Time: In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- Orders of $150 or more: FREE standard shipping on all qualifying products.
- Orders under $150: Flat-rate standard shipping of $9.99.
- Shipping Restrictions: Due to carrier regulations as well as size and weight limits, certain oversized items, accessories, and water care chemicals are not eligible for parcel shipping.
Local Delivery (Greater Rochester Area)
For our local customers, we offer direct delivery within a 20-mile radius of our showroom (3450 Winton Pl, Rochester, NY 14623).
- Orders over $100: FREE local delivery within our 20-mile delivery zone.
- Orders under $100: Delivery fees vary based on order total and distance from our showroom.
Authorized Sales Territory & Out-of-Area Orders
Please note that we only sell and deliver Jacuzzi® hot tubs, swim spas, infrared saunas, and custom spa covers within our authorized Greater Rochester sales territory.
- If a customer outside of our local service area places an online order for a territory-restricted product—including selecting "Local Pickup" to bypass shipping restrictions—the order will be automatically canceled.
- Processing Fee: Canceled out-of-territory orders are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
