Advanced Purchase and Cancellation Policy

At Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Rochester, we offer flexible buying options to make managing your water care, parts, and equipment orders as convenient as possible. This policy outlines the terms and cancellation rules for our Subscription, Pre-Order, and Try Before You Buy programs.

1. Subscription Orders (Repeat Deliveries)

When you sign up for a product subscription (such as recurring water care chemicals or filter replacements), you will receive automatic, repeat deliveries based on the frequency and schedule you select.

  • Billing and Payment: Your payment details are stored securely in our system. You will be automatically charged for each scheduled delivery unless you have chosen an upfront, pre-paid subscription plan.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of their designated duration to ensure you never run out of essential supplies.

  • Changes and Cancellations: You have complete control and can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply open any of your automated order confirmation emails and click the "Manage Subscription" link to update your preferences or cancel.

  • Returns: If a subscription order has already processed and shipped before you cancelled, please refer to our standard Return Policy to check item eligibility.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve high-demand, out-of-stock, or upcoming products before they arrive in our inventory.

  • Billing and Payment: Depending on the specific item, we may collect a partial deposit or zero payment at checkout. Your payment method will be securely saved, and we will fulfill the order and charge the remaining balance once the item becomes available.

  • Cancellation Rules: You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item is fulfilled and prepped for shipment.

  • Post-Fulfillment: Once a pre-order item has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return or refund upon delivery, subject to the exclusions and restocking fees outlined in our Return Policy (note: special order items, covers, and large equipment are subject to a 20% to 40% restocking fee).

3. Try Before You Buy

Our Try Before You Buy program allows you to evaluate select products in your own home before committing to the purchase.

  • Authorization: When you place a Try Before You Buy order, we place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method to verify funds before we fulfill and ship the item.

  • Trial Period: You will have a designated trial period to test the product and decide if you want to keep it.

  • Billing: If you decide to keep the item, or if the trial period expires and the item has not been returned to our store in its original condition, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase price.
