Our Shipping Policy:

At Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs Rochester, we understand that getting your products delivered in a timely manner is important to you. We offer economy and standard shipping services to locations inside the United States for a variety of our products. While we strive to provide a wide range of items for shipping, please note that some water care products, accessories, and items exceeding certain weights and sizes may not be eligible for shipping. When you place an order for an in-stock product, you can typically expect it to be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days. Currently we offer various shipping rates, but all qualifying products ship free over $150

For our local customers, we are pleased to offer local delivery services within a 20-mile radius of our retail store located at 3450 Winton Pl, Rochester NY. The delivery fee for local orders varies based on the total amount of your order and your proximity to our store. However, we are happy to provide FREE local delivery for orders over $100 within our delivery zone. This way, you can enjoy your new hot tub or accessories without worrying about additional delivery costs.

We are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please note we only sell Jacuzzi® hot tubs, swim spas, to customers in our market, the Greater Rochester NY area. If a customer doesn't pick up from our store or we don't deliver locally, we will deny the order.

Our Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here's what you need to know about returns:

Full Refund: You can return most products for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Store Credit: If it's between 15 and 30 days from your purchase date, you can return most products for store credit, as long as they are still in new, unused condition.

Online Orders: For online purchases, you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Final Sale Items: The following products cannot be returned once they've been delivered or installed: Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Infrared Saunas, Cold Tubs, Chlorine and Bromine Chems.

Special Orders: If you cancel a special order product (like hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, spa covers, or specific Jacuzzi® parts), a restocking fee of 20-40% of the sales price will apply.
