Currently, we offer standard & expedited shipping services to customers located in the United States. We are unable to ship out some water care products as well as accessories and products over certain weights & sizes. If product is in-stock orders are usually processed and shipped out in 1-3 days. We will be adding more products and states in the upcoming months, thank you for your patience. Shipping costs vary, but any order over $75 qualifies for free shipping in the USA.

Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs Rochester provides Local Delivery options to customers within a 20 mile radius of our retail store, located at 3450 Winton Pl, Rochester NY. The local delivery fee varies depending on order amounts and proximity to our store, but is FREE for orders over $100 within our delivery zone. Please note, most orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 days, some orders will be able to be delivered the same day. Please note we can only sell Jacuzzi® hot tubs, swim spas, to customers in our market, which is the Greater Rochester NY area. Unless a customer picks up an order from our Brighton Store, or our in-house delivery team delivers it locally, we will deny the order

Returns:

We accept returns on most products for store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in new condition. For a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days, also in new condition. We do NOT accept returns on any of the following products after delivery or installation. For online order, the customer will be responsible for return costs, and must be new/unused in packaging for a full refund.
