FREE Delivery Does NOT Include:
- Electrical work and materials required to bring power to the hot tub location.
- Filling the hot tub with water.
- Leveling the hot tub (the hot tub location must be level before delivery).
Delivery Items That Incur Additional Fees:
- Delivery to difficult-to-access locations. For Example, fence removal, tall decks, over retaining walls, etc.
- Moving the tub up or down steps (limited to 5 steps)
- Most Indoor deliveries.
- Use of a crane, material handler, forklift, or other mechanical equipment.

No returns on special order products, for non-special orders, purchases can be refunded in full up until delivery day. After delivery no returns are permitted.

How often should i clean my hot tub?

Most manufacturers recommend draining and cleaning your spa no more than 3 or 4 times per year, depending on how frequently you use it and how well you maintain your water. In most cases this simple process will only take about an hour to accomplish.
What is Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy is the combined effect of heat, massage, and buoyancy. Warm water dilates blood vessels, increasing blood flow to sore or damaged tissues, allowing oxygen and nutrients to help overworked muscles recover faster. Massage, provided by the spa’s jet system, relaxes tense muscles and relieves pressure on surrounding nerves. Massage also improves circulation and accelerates the body’s natural healing process. Buoyancy reduces your body’s weight by 90%. This relieves pressure on strained joints and muscles.
