Hot Tub Delivery Guide

FREE Delivery Includes:

- Delivery to a clear, obstruction-free location with 3 delivery personnel.
- Installation of the cover.
- Installation of the cover lifter.
- Assembly and installation of steps, handrails, and other purchased accessories.
- Dry spa operation and water care instructions.
- Free Delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our retail store.

FREE Delivery Does NOT Include:

- Electrical work and materials required to bring power to the hot tub location.
- Filling the hot tub with water.
- Leveling the hot tub (the hot tub location must be level before delivery).

Delivery Items That Incur Additional Fees:

- Delivery to difficult-to-access locations. For Example, fence removal, tall decks, over retaining walls, etc.
- Moving the tub up or down steps (limited to 5 steps)
- Most Indoor deliveries.
- Use of a crane, material handler, forklift, or other mechanical equipment.
