Delivery: Currently, we offer standard shipping services within the United States on select products. We will be adding more products to our shipping lists in the upcoming months. However, we do provide local delivery options to customers within the Rochester area. The delivery fee varies depending on the total order amount and proximity to our retail store. Returns: We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in new condition. For a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days, also in new condition. We cannot accept returns on any of the following products, hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge, chlorine or bromine chemicals, and all special orders.
